I have to prepare my volumetric flask with different solutions and then add the samples in each to have after an analysis with the spectrophotometer...
The aim of this experiment is to know the quantity of the surfactant (CTAB) in each samples. And then we can see if the 'membrane experiment' was a success!
Maria is doing the first one, because it's a boring and quite long experiment (because of the quantity of samples), so we just share the work!!
Now it's my turn!
It became a very seriously photoshot with the arrival of Sarah and Portos!
I want to say good bye to Maria, she will spend 1 month in Italia for some experiment! I will miss her!
